by Brecon and Jing-Jing Our Amazing Flying Elf has a green hat with fluffy pom-poms on the end. His hat is a curved triangle pointing to the left. The flat part of the hat is on the bottom, on his head. His head is a half oval, and the flat part is on the top. He has a yellow beard going around his head up to his hat. His eyes are two circles and are blue with yellow eyebrows. His mouth is a half circle with a U shape on top. His nose comes down almost straight and is fat at the bottom. The pixie's neck is short and touches his arms. His hands are shaped like human hands, and his right hand is holding a bag of pixie dust. His body is as long as his bag, and he is wearing a light turquoise sweatshirt. The pixie's wings are like long skinny ovals. His wings are yellow. His legs are spread apart, and he has black boots. In the middle he has a belt with a square buckle in the middle. He also has three black dots at the left side of the belt. |
by Jing-Jing and Brecon Our Walter Hays partners did a very good job. They made the elf's hat the right color. Even though we didn't mention that our elf was outlined with a felt tip pen, they guessed and got it right. They pointed the hat the right way too. They made the eyes blue with gray irises in the middle, even though we didn't tell them that. They made the elf's legs spread apart and the boots the right color. They also made the wings the right color too. We wrote that the pixies wings were long skinny ovals but they made half ovals so we think they didn't understand it. They didn't get the beard right because we didn't tell them that the beard went around the pixie's chin. We also should have told them that the belt was green with a yellow square in the middle. Another thing we should have told them about the belt is that the three dots went horizontally. We forgot to tell them that the pixie's skin color was peach. We also forgot to tell them that the fluffy pom-pom was white. Another thing we forgot to tell them was what shape the boots were. We also forgot to tell them that the pixie dust bag was brown and that it said pixie dust. We forgot to tell them that the mouth was red and we didn't explain the nose very well something else we forgot to tell them is that the wings come sticking up a little and that the wings have light pencil lines on them. We also forgot to tell them that the pants are light turquoise. We think Walter Hays did a great job of recreating our pixie. |
