Description
by Alexandra and Camille We’re going to introduce a patternoid named Brownie the Party Puppy. Brownie’s head is made out of a hexagon. He has two brown rhombus ears that go near to the top of his head. His head’s color is tan. Brownie has two black eyes, one pink nose, a smile, and one red triangular party hat that sits on the top of his head. His body is made out of one hexagon, two triangles, and two rhombuses. The hexagon is the main part of Brownie’s body. Brownie has two triangle shaped hands that go on the middle of the top part of the body and go upright. He also has two trapezoid feet that go on the bottom sides of the hexagon. Brownie has a short, blue, T-shirt that goes only up to the top of the body and the feet. Brownie’s body is mostly tan. The ears are golden beige and the part where the shirt isn’t covering is sienna. We hope you a great time recreating our patternoid! |
Analysis
by Camille and Alexandra Some of our directions could have been clearer. When we said the two rhombus ears go near the top of the head, we should have said the two small rhombus ears go downward facing near the top of Brownie’s head. When they made the hands, we meant them to be upside down. We should have said that the bottom of the feet were supposed to go downward facing. We forgot to say that the hat was supposed to have one black dot at the top of the hat. Erica and Lilybeth did a great job recreating Brownie the party puppy. The body was made right. The hat was great. The head and the face were perfect. |
