by Alison and Joyce Hi, we are the creators of a Neila called Jelly-Rattle. Now we are going to tell you how to make Jelly-Rattle. There is a blue half circle for the head. The flat part is facing down. Overlapping the half circle is an azure (dark blue) spiral. On either side of the spiral are little, wavy, flamingo pink antennas that are about 1 1/4 inches long. On top of the antennas are tropical violet circles about as big as your pinky fingernail. Inside the half circle are two egg-shaped ovals for the eyes. Inside them are smaller ovals that are resting on the bottom of the original ovals. Those are colored black and are the pupils. Leave the rest of the big ovals white. About an inch above the bottom of the head (half circle) is a little star that is yellow, which is the nose. Just below the star is a red squiggly line curved upward in a smile, which is the mouth. There are three one-inch wide tentacles. They are evenly spaced and hanging from the flat part of the half circle. The three tentacles are in a squiggle and are congruent. The tentacles are light blue, except for three small blue circles that are evenly spaced inside each tentacle. At the bottom of each tentacle is a tan colored rattle about the size of your middle fingernail. Good luck making the cute, very loving, Jelly-Rattle. |
by Joyce and Alison Hi, we’ve come again to tell you what we’ve compared about the two Jelly-Rattles. The antennas are the right color and shape. The mouth is also the right color and shape. The eyes are the right color and shape but were supposed to be bigger. You didn’t know that though, because we forgot to tell you. The swirly on the head is the right color, but is a little too big, but again we forgot to tell you the size. You got the tentacles the right color and shape, but they were supposed to be light blue. They were a bit too fat. We told you one inch, but it was supposed to be half an inch. The nose is the right color and shape but slightly big. There were a few mistakes you made. The color of the tentacles and the shape and color of the rattles weren’t right. Overall, you did great job on recreating Jelly-Rattle. |
