We are going to tell you how to make Miss Fancy Skirt. The paper is going vertically. First we are going to tell you about the head.

Miss Fancy Skirt has a pink horizontal rectangle head. She has two blue Mickey Mouse like ears. The ears are coming out of the top corners of the pink head. Leave little circles in the middle of the blue ears. Color the little circles yellow. She has small white circle eyes that have one black dot in the middle of each eye. She has two eyes. There are three black lines coming out of the top of the eyes, they are the eyelashes. She has a yellow star nose. Miss Fancy Skirt has two red circle cheeks that are beside her yellow star nose. There is a red smile beneath her yellow star nose.

There is a vertical yellow line that is her neck. Her neck is attached to the bottom of her pink rectangle head. Attached to her neck there is a red triangle for her top. The long part of the triangle is facing the bottom of the paper. There are two horizontal, skinny, yellow arms coming out of the sides of the red top. There are pink squares at the end of the yellow arms. There is a vertical yellow line coming out of the bottom of the red top. Then there is another red triangle that is the skirt. So what you should know is that Miss Fancy Skirt looks like Minnie Mouse with no legs.

Now we are going to tell you how to make her legs and her shoes. She has yellow vertical lines coming out of the bottom of her skirt. At the bottom of each leg there are blue rectangle shoes going horizontally. Miss Fancy Skirt should be at least five inches tall, but if she is a little bigger or smaller that is okay. Don’t forget to outline Miss Fancy Skirt in black.
