Portrait of Merecreated by Anthony

|
My portrait is in the style of Vincent van Gogh. The paper size is 12 by 18 inches and it is going vertically. You will need one set of oil pastels. My face is in full face, with a flat bottom where my t-shirt is. My hair color is black with brown streaks mixed in. My hair goes to my shoulders. I used brown for my face color. For the irises and pupils in my eyes, I used grey, brown, and black. My smile is pink in a U shape. My nose is scraped into the pastels. It is right below the middle of my eyes. The background is a mix of stripes. The colors I used on the background were pink, orange, green, blue, yellow, red, and black. You can use any order to arrange it. The lines are about three pencils thick in diameter. My whole head takes up a little more than 1/3 of the page in the middle. My t-shirt is striped with blue, pink, red, orange, and yellow. It takes up the bottom third of the page. |
Analysisby RupaWhat did not work well was that Anthony did everything too big. I did not tell him the size of my head and neck, though. The things that I would like to change would be to tell Anthony about the background lines, which are going horizontal. If I could change anything I would tell Anthony the size of everything so that it would not turn out so huge. I would also tell him the specific background colors, and which way they were going, such as horizontal or vertical. |
