My portrait is in the style of Georges Rouault. The paper is placed vertically. The paper is 11" x17". My head is facing left, and I am smiling. My head is about 1/3 of the paper. My skin color is yellowish- orange, and the circumference of my reddish-orange cheek is 5". My chin is pointed, and my eye is in the shape of an oval with sharp ends. On the sides it is white, and the rest is green with a speck of green outlined in black. The circumference of my iris is about two centimeters. My ear is right next to my hair which is brownish-greenish-orange, and goes up to the end of my neck, which is about 1 and 1/2" long. The collar part of my turtleneck is very short, and only covers up about 1/4 of my neck. The design on the collar has five squares, and the color of the squares are in a pattern: three squares are light blue, and two squares are purple. The color of my turtleneck, not counting the collar, is light blue and purple mixed together, but not thoroughly. I am wearing a crown with five spikes, with one round ball on top of each spike. Right now, I'm going to explain something starting from the left: below the beginning of the 2nd, 4th, and 5th spike, there is one big black dot. The color of the rest of the crown is the same color as the round balls on top of each spike. The circumference of the black dots is 3", and the circumference of the round balls is 4 and 1/2", counting the outlining in black, which is 1" wide. Now I'm going to explain the background. I am standing on a beach, and the yellow sand, with orange brown, and green specks, goes up to the beginning of my collar. From then on, there is a blue ocean that goes up to the beginning of my crown. The ocean is blue, with specks of green, and black squiggley lines for the waves. On the left side there are four squiggley lines, and on the right there are 5 squiggley lines. Each squiggley line is about 2". Right when the ocean stops, the sunset starts. The reddish-orange sun has already set halfway, and is peeking through my crown. On each side of the crown, the sun is 1" wider. In height, the sun goes up to about the end of the spikes. The rest of the drawing is magenta, orange, and purple mixed together, but not thoroughly. |
Analysisby MarinaI should have said how big the hair was, and how big and what color the mouth was. She didn't draw the cheek at all, probably because she couldn't find the instructions for it. The same happened with the ear. She did not put the right amount of squiggly lines in the ocean. She did not follow the instructions for the crown. She just put a yellow blob there. |
