Portrait of Me

Description of My Portrait

by Dean

Portrait of Me

recreated by Mike

My portrait is in the style of Vincent van Gogh. I used pastels. My background is green with black stripes. The head is oval. My hair is black and very short. The mouth is a half of an oval. The nose is a half of a triangle with an curved bottom. The eyes are brown in the shape of an oval, and about one inch long. On the bottom of the eyes are wrinkles. The eyebrows are black. My ears are even with my eyes. The face is brown. The shoulders are five colors. First comes red, then blue, black, brown, and peach, which goes to the bottom of the picture.

Analysis

by Dean

I think my partner did a good job on the background because he made the stripes green and black, but he made them going the wrong way. He did my eyes the right way.

He did not do the mouth well because I said it looks like a half of a moon. He did not do my hair right, either. He put too much hair on when I said a little. The shirt's stripes went the wrong way. He put different colors.
