Order your frozen sheep hearts at least three weeks before you need them. I will deliver Monday or Wednesday between 9:30 AM and 12:00 noon. Your sheep hearts will arrive frozen and individually wrapped for you to defrost at your convenience.

The last day to order hearts is March 25, 2011.
